The Ranch is located east of Interstate 17, approximately 24 miles north of Cave Creek AZ, on Forest Road 24 (Seven Springs Road)  The Ranch consists of 69 deeded acres and two US Forest Service allotments, The Blackjack Allotment 20,475 acres, 460 animal units year round with a 322 head yearly carry over and The New River Allotment 70,453 acres 400 animal units year round.

Elevations range from +3000 feet to +5500 feet at the top, with the headquarters at approximately 3500 feet.

Headquarters improvements include a beautiful rock cabin with rock fireplace, a smaller rock cabin with rock fireplace and a rock storage building, a large metal Barn with concrete floor and feed storage, an excellent set of sorting /shipping corals with five pens a sorting alley, crowding pen, five ton scale and loading chutes. There are also two doublewide mobile homes including a new MH with nice deck overlooking the horse pasture. A graded air strip is also located adjacent to the horse pasture.
