This rolling open grass ranch is located 15 miles east of Holbrook on I-40.  This easy grass ranch has abundant Blue & Black Grammas, Gieta, Needle & Tread, Indian Rice and Sacatone grasses.   Four Wing(Chamise) Mormon Tea and Winterfat  is also found on ranch.  This ranch lays south of I-40  and North of BNSF Rail Road tracks. The east boundary is the Petrified Forest National Park. The ranch is divided into four pastures

The ranch has 4 wells two are solar and two have APS power.  There also is an irrigation well at the headquarters.

The Headquarters consist of a large 2000 sq.ft. four bedroom two bath Marlette double wide set on block stem walls with attached garage and porch.   There also is a 1400 sq.ft. 3 bedroom 1 bath block home. The very large pipe working corrals contain scales loading chute and attached roping arena.  A large barn with 4 horse stalls tack room and hay storage along with a separate tack room/ shop make up the Headquarters (also a walk in cooler with meat processing room)
